Name: Andy Nguyen

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Born: November 4, 1988

Occupation: Co-founder of Playfield and bartender/server at UNA Pizzeria!

Describe yourself in 3 words: Compassionate, empathetic, and present.

What do you love about your life?

My life has been quite unique and different than the “norm” the past 6 years, and I’ve grown to celebrate that difference! I really love that I am conscious about my passions and purpose, and more importantly I’ve taken action towards it, to embody my passion and my purpose every single day.

How are you a member of the Tribe?

Yes I am a member of the Tribe and have been lucky enough to share an office space with the Tribe of Lambs founder, Bobbi Paidel 🙂

What do you love about the Tribe?

I love the community aspect of the Tribe, strength in numbers!

What Tribe of Lambs product do you rock?

I own two pretty sweet rings!

How is TOL impacting you?

Tribe of Lambs has impacted me in a huge way by their incredible example of what a for-purpose business embodies and is about. They are leading the way in social impact, and is a positive benchmark for all of us to do some good in this world.

Favourite life experience thus far?

I would say one of my favourite experiences has been randomly coming across a classroom of young students and being asked to come in and help teach english in Nicaragua on the island of Ometepe. It was pretty sweet!

What is your biggest dream in life?

So many dreams to choose from… haha. One of my biggest dreams is to travel to multiple developing countries with our business Playfield and help create a safe space for children/youth to grow, learn and thrive. This may look like building schools, educating youth, building homes, providing school supplies, cooking meals and etc.
