Kiran

“Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, others the yellow spot into the sun” – Pablo Picasso. A quote by the artist for the artist is one of the best ways to describe Kiran. Coming from a very humble background, sudden demise of his father and almost losing his younger brother, Kiran has had his share of difficult times at a very young age. A dejected, weak and astray Kiran joined the Rays family in 2011. With proper guidance and support he discovered his potential and started his climb towards success. Upon discovering his talent in art, he created such fine works, which are put up all around the Home. With a perfect balance in studies and extra-curricular Kiran managed to score a 90 per-cent in the 10th grade. Dreaming of being an Architect one day so that he can help accommodate the growing population in houses he started preparing right after his 10th. Being the eldest, he has set an inspiring example for the younger ones of what hard work can result in

{as told by a volunteer from Rays Home for HIV Positive Children where Kiran lived until recently moved into the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan}

*Kiran just passed his 12th standard exams & is now attending college to become an architect.
