Shipping

Every order is shipped via Canada Post (and it’s partner carriers) and can take 3-6 business days domestically and 14 business days internationally to arrive.

Canada Post calculates the cost on our website as per your order and shipping destination.

While we truly hope you LOVE your Tribe of Lambs purchase, we realize there may be instances where you would like to return or exchange your product(s).

Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from delivery date. ToL will not accept returns or exchanges more than 30 days from the original date of purchase. ToL requires that any item being returned or exchanged must not have been worn, altered or washed. The item(s) must have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of purchases made with the 15% off a first time order code.

Please contact ToL by email to make a Return request within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

We do not accept the return of gift cards.

To process a return ToL requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees are not refundable. The amount of the items purchased will be refunded to the same account from which the purchase was made within 10 business days upon the approval of the return by ToL. Tribe of Lambs recommends that returns be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number. ToL is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Once a return is received and inspected, ToL will provide an email notification of the receipt of the item(s). ToL reserves the right to refuse returns, and will also notify the person requesting the return of the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

A compassion contribution of 10% of all ToL purchases is automatically deducted from the price of the item(s) purchased and goes to ToL’s Compassion Projects at the time of original purchase. Compassion contributions can only be refunded in conjunction with an item return, and will only be completed if specifically requested at the time of return. If no request for return of the compassion contribution accompanies the request for refund, only the amount of the original items purchased, minus the compassion contribution will be refunded.

Late or missing refunds:

If an approved refund has not appeared as a credit on the account of the original method of payment 10 business days after ToL has provided notification of the return approval, please double-check that the account matches that originally used to make the purchase.

It may also be prudent to contact the credit company (credit card, PayPal, bank, Interac for email transfers), as it may take time before the refund is officially posted these 3rd party providers.

Purchased items are exchangeable for a different size and color if you change your mind (we know this happens). The item(s) must not have been worn, altered or washed. The item(s) must have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped at your cost. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.tribeoflambs.com.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, ToL will issue a gift certificate for the value of the returned item(s) once the return is received and approved by ToL.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves prior to gifting, the gift will only be eligible for exchange. Proof of purchase is required for a refund.

Repairs:

Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please e-mail us with an image of your jewels prior to sending to us. Each repair is different and repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of the repair. Please send jewels to the address above. Include your name, phone number, email address and return address with a brief description on what needs to be repaired.

Defects:

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please e-mail us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective with an image of the item. ToL will assess the item to determine whether it is a manufactures defect, or natural wear and tear of the product.
